Nadine is an expert in business, product and strategy development. She has a strong background in the green mobility sector, having contributed to the growth of a scale-up in this industry. Additionally she has worked in the IT-department of a SDAX company, where she acquired extensive skills, especially in the area of emerging technologies.

Susanne Fromm
As CEO, Susanne led a publicly-traded blockchain investment firm, earning a spot on Cointelegraph’s Top 25 Blockchain Experts in the German-speaking region. Prior to this, she helmed the digital health division at Allianz Ventures, forging key partnerships with startups and tech giants while overseeing global mobile technology rollouts. She also brings many years of top-tier management consulting experience from Roland Berger to the table.

Axel Jester
Axel Jester is an experienced Sales Leader, General Manager and Supervisory Board member in Financial Services, Technology and Media industries, leading large Sales Organisations across Europe, with a focus on Sales Excellence and Innovation. Axel began his career at IBM, moved to JP Morgan as VP of Global Sales, and later served as Regional MD for Reuters in DACH and CEE. Recently, he’s been scaling up young companies in RegTech, FinTech, and B2B e-commerce, specializing in sales strategy and data monetization.

For over 15 years, Philipp Misura has been shaping the financial world. With his experience as a banker from an international major bank, he has stood by numerous executives as a strategy consultant. Thanks to his work in M&A projects in Europe, he is familiar with the intricacies of company valuations, reorganizations, and restructuring. As the head of the company’s internal Competence Center for Blockchain & Crypto, he makes valuable contributions to topics such as digital assets and tokenization.

As a venture capitalist, Sarah Gottwald is the managing director of Blockchain Founders Group and her experience also includes working at Vanagon Ventures, a firm specializing in web3/blockchain startups.
Prior to her venture capital career, she spent nine years at BMW in the financial and strategy departments, where she focused on fully autonomous driving and successfully negotiated collaborations and closed multiple M&A deals.In addition to her professional achievements, she also participates in the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center’s Web3 Talents programs, hosts a podcast, and serves on the executive board of ITSA.
